The Role:

Hands-On Leadership Our Hourly Managers are hands-on leaders who work side-by-side with their teams to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain operational excellence. This is not a position where you simply watch from the sidelines—you will be actively involved in the day-to-day operations of a high-volume restaurant. Key Responsibilities Team Development Coach, train, and develop employees while recognizing talent and helping team members reach their full potential. Operational Excellence Manage all aspects of a high-volume restaurant, from the front counter to the grill, while ensuring Cook Out standards are consistently met. Performance Help drive store performance by effectively managing food, labor, and paper costs through smart planning, strong execution, and team accountability. Customer Experience Create and maintain a positive, energetic environment that delivers fast, friendly, and high-quality service to every guest. Candidate Qualifications Management Experience Minimum 1 year of management experience. Restaurant or hospitality management experience is preferred. Communication Ability to effectively lead a large team while communicating professionally with employees and customers. Adaptability Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while effectively managing multiple priorities.
