Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and energetic General Manager to lead our hospitality team with passion and precision. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily restaurant operations, ensure exceptional customer service, and drive overall business success. Responsibilities Lead and manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including staffing, scheduling, and ensuring smooth shift transitions. Oversee food preparation processes, ensuring high standards of quality, safety, and presentation are maintained at all times. Implement and monitor inventory control procedures to minimize waste and maximize profitability. Supervise the use of POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order processing and cash handling. Train, develop, and motivate staff through ongoing coaching, performance evaluations, and skill enhancement initiatives. Maintain compliance with food safety regulations and uphold rigorous standards for food handling and sanitation. Manage budgets, analyze sales data, and develop strategies to meet financial goals while delivering excellent customer service. Skills Extensive experience in food service management within quick service & fast food or casual dining environments. Proven leadership skills with a background in supervising teams, conducting interviews, and staff training & development. Strong knowledge of restaurant management systems including POS platforms like Aloha POS and Micros POS. Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to handle guest concerns professionally and efficiently. Solid understanding of kitchen management, food production, catering, bar operations, and hospitality management principles. Ability to oversee shift management, food safety protocols, inventory control, and budgeting processes effectively. Previous experience in fine dining or hotel food service environments is a plus; culinary experience is highly valued.
