Job Summary We are seeking energetic and motivated Food Service Managers to lead our team at Go Mart DBA Burger King. In this dynamic role, you will oversee daily restaurant operations, ensure exceptional customer service, and maintain the highest standards of food quality and safety. Your leadership will drive team performance, manage food and inventory control, and foster a positive dining experience for all guests. This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about hospitality management and eager to make a difference in a fast-paced environment. All positions are paid and include comprehensive training to support your growth in the food service industry. Responsibilities Supervise daily restaurant operations, including food preparation, cooking, and serving to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met. Lead, train, and develop staff members on food handling, POS systems , customer service protocols, and safety procedures. Manage inventory control by monitoring stock levels, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste to optimize profitability. Oversee cash handling procedures, reconcile registers, and ensure accurate financial transactions during shifts. Enforce food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards in compliance with health codes. Coordinate shift management by scheduling staff, assigning duties, and ensuring smooth transitions between shifts. Analyze profit and loss reports to identify opportunities for improvement in sales performance and operational costs. Experience Proven management experience in quick service or fast food restaurants with a focus on food service management. Demonstrated supervisory skills with experience supervising hospitality teams or kitchen staff. Strong background in food safety management, inventory control, and budgeting within a restaurant setting. Experience with team training, staff development, and implementing operational procedures to enhance customer satisfaction. Previous roles involving shift management, cash handling, and managing hospitality or casual dining environments are highly desirable. Ability to communicate effectively with team members and customers while maintaining a positive attitude under pressure.
