Styrrups is hiring a General Manager to take full ownership of the day-to-day operation of our Casper location. This is a hands-on leadership position. The General Manager is responsible for running a fast, organized, well-staffed store that consistently delivers great service and follows Styrrups standards. Key Responsibilities Hire, train, coach, and manage the team Build schedules and control labor Manage inventory, ordering, and product availability Maintain drink quality, recipe accuracy, and speed of service Hold employees accountable to policies and performance standards Manage opening, closing, cleanliness, and daily store operations Monitor sales, labor, waste, and other key operating metrics Solve customer and operational issues quickly Communicate store performance, staffing needs, and problems to ownership Build a positive, accountable team culture We are looking for someone who is organized, dependable, confident leading people, comfortable holding standards, and able to make decisions without constant direction. Management experience is required. Food service, beverage, drive-thru, or high-volume retail management experience is strongly preferred. This is not a desk-management position. The General Manager is expected to know the operation, lead from the floor, develop the team, and take ownership of results.
