Here's how our pay works: Shift Managers & Assistant Managers earn $14.25

• $18.00/hr. + bonuses. Shift Managers average $20k
• 30K per year, GM's average $60k
• $70K per year. Management's expectations are: reliable, honest, lead by example, Lead others, available to work 40
• 50 hour per week
