Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Manager to join our team in the food industry. The ideal candidate will oversee daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, maintaining food safety standards, managing inventory, and supervising staff. Duties:

• Interview, hire, train, and supervise staff members
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean environment
• Manage cash handling procedures and oversee financial transactions
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
• Coordinate food preparation activities and ensure high-quality standards are met
• Implement strategies to enhance customer experience and satisfaction

Experience:

• Proven experience in hospitality management, preferably in the food industry
• Strong knowledge of food production processes and fine dining service
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
