Job Summary The Process Line Supervisor is responsible for directing and managing all aspects of the process line, including
MULTIVAC
packaging operations , while overseeing production, labor, quality, safety, and efficiency. This position plays a key role in ensuring that equipment, processes, people, and procedures are aligned with the company's goals. The supervisor ensures daily staffing needs are met, provides leadership and training to the production team, and drives continuous improvement across the operation. A strong focus on product quality, food safety, and employee safety is required.
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications (Required) The candidate must have at least five years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment, preferably within the poultry or further processing industry. A proven track record of supervising or leading a production team is required. Experience working with or supervising

packaging lines is strongly preferred. The candidate should have knowledge of production and packaging equipment, including
MULTIVAC
machines, KAC Mac, Metal Detectors, X-Ray equipment, Label Applicators, Transfer Belts, and Scan Guns . Strong computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and ERP systems such as M3, Infinity, and Insperity are necessary. processes meet food safety, GMP, quality, and regulatory requirements.

Work Environment This position requires working on the production floor in a cold environment with an average temperature of 40°F. The employee will be exposed to moderate noise levels, fast-paced operations, moving machinery, wet and dry areas, and must wear personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times. The role requires interaction with employees, contractors, and supervisors in a dynamic manufacturing setting. Physical Demands The role requires standing and walking for extended periods, often over eight hours per shift. The employee must be able to use hands, fingers, arms, and reach as part of daily tasks. The position involves lifting and moving up to 25 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally. Visual requirements include the ability to see up close, at a distance, and to adjust focus. Repetitive movement, bending, twisting, and climbing may be required.
