Job Description

Management We are currently looking for a hard working team member to join our staff in a management role. We offer competitive pay and the opportunity to work in a fast paced environment. Weekdays, nights, and weekend availability is required for this position. A management position in the food industry, the ability to work at a fast pace, and work in a team environment are all strongly encouraged for this position. Pay varies based on experience. We have a bonus program that is paid out monthly based on our monthly goals.
Management Position:
Managers are responsible for the performance of their store, and ensuring that they are meeting the company goals. Managers will be required to provide supervision and direction to team members during shifts. Ensures that they are providing a fun and safe environment for all team members. Appropriately handle guest comments and complaints. Ensure that our standards, product quality and cleanliness are maintained by each team member. Responsible for the training of new team members, and making sure all current team members have the ongoing training that they need to fully perform their tasks. Enforce the dress code policy per the company standards. Enforce proper cash handling by all FOH team members each shift. Opening and closing of restaurant. Ordering of all produce and food products throughout a week. The ability to perform minor office tasks to ensure the proper running of the restaurant. All other duties as assigned.
