Job Description

Join the FlagTagAZ Team Help us turn a day out into a great memory! FlagTagAZ is a family entertainment center in Flagstaff offering axe throwing, laser tag, arcade games, and a café serving pizza, beer, and wine. From birthday parties to group outings, our team helps guests feel welcome, play safely, and have fun. We're looking for dependable, friendly people who enjoy working with customers and are ready to pitch in throughout the facility. A shift may include coaching axe throwing, running laser tag, helping with parties, preparing food, cleaning, or maintaining axe lanes. This is an active, hands-on job for someone who takes initiative and stays productive during both busy and quiet times. What you'll do Welcome guests and provide helpful, attentive customer service. Explain activities, coach players, and reinforce safety rules. Support parties and groups to keep their visits running smoothly. Work in the café and help prepare and serve food and beverages. Keep activity areas, equipment, and the facility clean and ready for guests. Help with maintenance and other projects, including axe-lane repairs involving drills and heavy boards. What we're looking for Reliability, teamwork, good judgment, and a willingness to learn are essential. Our busiest times are weekends, holidays, and school breaks, so availability during those periods is especially important. Most shifts are nights and weekends, with some daytime shifts available. Most positions require a Coconino County Food Manager certificate, which requires applicants to be over 18. All employees need an Alcohol Serving Certificate. Shift leads must be 18 or older, hold both certifications, and be able to supervise staff, delegate tasks, resolve customer concerns, and work independently during slower shifts. What to expect when applying Please complete the application and answer all screening questions so we can assess your experience and availability. We'll review completed applications and contact applicants whose availability matches our needs. Our interviews are practical auditions lasting about an hour. You'll demonstrate skills across axe throwing and coaching, laser tag, café work, cleaning, and axe-lane repair. Applicants typically make a pizza to take home at the end. Wear closed-toe shoes. If you only upload a resume, it will be an automatic pass on your application, please answer the attached questions. If you enjoy helping people have a great time and take pride in a job well done, we'd love to hear from you!
