- Manage and supervise a team of food service staff, ensuring that all employees are performing their duties to the highest standard.
- Oversee the entire restaurant operation, including kitchen and dining areas.
- Conduct interviews and hire new staff members as needed.
- Implement food safety protocols and maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure that all food and supplies are ordered and stocked correctly.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve sales and profitability.
- Provide exceptional customer service and handle customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including tables, chairs, and floors.
- Ensure that all restaurant equipment is properly maintained and cleaned regularly.
- Work closely with the hospitality management team to ensure that all restaurant operations are aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives.
- Manage cash and credit transactions, and maintain accurate records of sales and inventory.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices. Skills

- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve high-quality results.
