As a Shift Leader, you will play a crucial role in managing staff, coordinating meal services, and maintaining an efficient kitchen environment. Duties Supervise kitchen staff during shifts to ensure smooth operations and adherence to food safety regulations. Oversee meal preparation and presentation, ensuring quality standards are met. Assist in menu planning and development to enhance customer satisfaction. Train new employees on food handling procedures and kitchen protocols.
