Summary:

This position is responsible for ensuring proper training, supervision, and day-to-day operational execution across multiple Food & Beverage outlets. The Food & Beverage Supervisor will be cross-utilized between Prado and Centro operations, delivering prompt, courteous service in compliance with Omni Food and Beverage standards and company policies and procedures.

Purpose:

This position is responsible for supporting the overall supervision of assigned Food & Beverage outlets, ensuring service standards, financial controls, and guest satisfaction are consistently achieved. This role will be cross utilized between Prado (Room Service, Crave Cafe, and Prado Restaurant) and Centro (Centro Restaurant and Pool Operations).

Reports to: Director of Restaurants & Bars

Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for assigned shift, assisting in the overall management of designated outlets.
  • Provide direct floor supervision in Prado with focus on Room Service, Crave Cafe, and Prado Restaurant operations.
  • Provide direct supervision in Centro with focus on Centro Restaurant and Pool operations.
  • Assist in overall supervision of departments as outlined in manager job descriptions.
  • Ensure all service standards, policies, and procedures are consistently followed across all outlets.
  • Complete environmental and cleanliness checklists for assigned outlets and service areas.
  • Conduct pre-shift meetings and communicate daily priorities, promotions, and service expectations.
  • Follow up on established training steps and provide ongoing coaching and development to associates.
  • Observe, teach, and correct staff service behaviors to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Remain visible and present on the floor during peak business periods.
  • Handle guest comments and complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring resolution and follow-up.
  • Communicate with guests to receive feedback and identify opportunities for service improvement.
  • Examine food preparation and beverage presentation for quality and consistency.
  • Maintain condition and cleanliness of dining rooms, lounges, pool deck, service stations, and room service areas.
  • Monitor liquor pars, food pars, requisitions, and daily supplies.
  • Ensure proper bar controls including shot glass usage, red lining, and bottle control.
  • Monitor food waste and support cost control initiatives.
  • Inspect pool facilities regularly for cleanliness, safety, and compliance with Omni standards.
  • Support pool operations by overseeing attendants, monitoring deck activity, and ensuring guest safety.
  • Act as a coach and positive role model for all associates.
  • Participate in interviewing, onboarding, and training of new associates as needed.
  • Prepare and follow up on maintenance requests.
  • Ensure compliance with liquor laws, safety standards, and emergency procedures.
  • Utilize Omni Service Champions and recognition programs to reward outstanding performance.
    Job Requirements
  • 1 year of experience in Food and Beverage Supervision preferred or 5+ years equivalent hospitality experience
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple outlets and priorities.
  • Understanding of Food & Beverage financials including cost controls, inventory, and par management preferred.
  • Excellent guest service, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to problem solve in a fast-paced environment.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, early mornings, and evenings.
  • Must be familiar with and adhere to all liquor liability laws.
  • Must know emergency procedures and actively work to prevent accidents.
  • Must be TIPS Certified or able to obtain certification.
