This role serves as a senior resource for Supervisors and frontline team members, helping to ensure exceptional guest experiences, operational excellence, and consistent execution of Levy standards. Responsibilities Lead daily operations in assigned areas, including concessions, premium clubs, suites, catering, or restaurants. Ensure operational readiness before, during, and after events. Monitor service quality, staffing deployment, and workflow efficiency. Ensure Levy hospitality and service standards are consistently executed. Provide guidance, coaching, and direction to Supervisors, Leads, and hourly team members. Support management in communicating operational priorities and expectations. Act as the lead operational contact when managers are engaged elsewhere. Respond to guest concerns and assist with service recovery efforts. Report operational, guest, or safety concerns to management. Assist with shift planning and labor deployment. Complete required operational documentation and event reports.
