The Front of House Supervisor is responsible for monitoring team member productivity, assigning responsibility for specific work and/or functional activities within the framework set by management, giving work directions, and monitoring scheduling for adequate shift coverage.

Front of House Supervisor Responsibilities:
Support management in ensuring the shift runs efficiently and work with Trainers and Associates to develop staff. Ensure that all food and products are consistently prepared and served according to the restaurant's recipes, portioning, cooking and serving standards. Leading team members in the completion of production goals and working to ensure sales and revenue are met on a daily, weekly and monthly basis in conjunction with the management staff. Assist management with writing weekly schedules and ensuring all team members are held accountable for completing their shift or getting their shift covered using the appropriate measures. Complete all essential operational functions to assist the management team including but not limited to: inventory, training of new hires, orientation, assigning cash drawers, taking cash outs, opening and/or closing the restaurant, etc. Provides input to General Manager regarding hiring, termination, performance reviews and corrective action for hourly team members. Front of House Supervisor Requirements High school diploma/GED required 1 year of full-service restaurant supervisory experience.
