Applicants should be prepared to:
Maintain consistent full-time availability Work a combination of opening, daytime, evening, and/or closing shifts based on business needs Have availability on Fridays and Saturdays Support the restaurant during high-volume periods Maintain dependable, year-round availability Be flexible when leadership support is needed Chick-fil-A is closed on Sundays. Leadership Experience Previous leadership or management experience is strongly preferred. Experience in restaurants, hospitality, retail, operations, human resources, training, customer service, or another fast-paced leadership environment is beneficial.
