Role Summary As a Doughnut Boss at Pinkbox Doughnuts, you ensure top-notch product quality and customer service. You lead by example, managing staff, cash handling, and safety protocols. Through training and operational oversight, you maintain excellence and adaptability to support overall store success. Responsibilities Ensure all products meet Pinkbox Doughnuts standards. Interact with employees, customers, and vendors in a positive, professional demeanor - always being of service to those around you. Serve as a role model. Become knowledgeable and proficient in each position within the store. Have manager authority regarding cash handling, refunds, voids and discounts. Ensure sanitation practices are being used in handling and preparing food in the kitchen. Ensures all safety and security policies are being followed as set by the Company. Train and coach employees during each shift to ensure Company and brand standards are being met. Use tools to accomplish goals, manage labor and control inventory. Perform additional tasks as requested by Management and as needed to successfully run the store. Have at least 2-3 years restaurant experience Must have Food handler's Card Legally able to work within State and Federal guidelines Ability to remain positive in busy working conditions Ability to multi-task and help in multiple departments, provide leadership for FOH and BOH. Have open schedule availability, stores are open 24/7- candidates should be available for varied shifts. Working Conditions Continuous standing and walking throughout the duration of each shift. Bending, lifting, and carrying up to 20 pounds. Constant face-to-face interactions with employees and customers. Safely navigate in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Store Managers can expect to have some early mornings, late evenings, weekend and/or holiday hours, and will have additional opening/closing responsibilities. Comply with the brand and Company uniform and hygiene policies. Fun, fast-paced, upbeat environment
