Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Prep Manager work with our Kitchen Managers to oversee the prep kitchen operations of our high volume sports grill. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food safety, kitchen management, food prep, and dedication! Duties

• Manage day-to-day operations of the prep kitchen
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations
• Oversee kitchen operations and staff
• Implement and maintain inventory control procedures
• Able to read and understand recipes and units of measure
• Supervise and train staff to follow recipes and stay productive. Requirements
• Proven experience in a managerial role within the restaurant industry
• Knowledge of restaurant operations and scheduling for success
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
