We are looking for our next Taproom Shift Lead to be excited to grow, build and innovate with us. We strive at Brewery X to enhance our community, foster creativity, and produce the highest quality experience. The Brewery X Taproom Shift Lead role is a full-time hourly position. We expect that the team member will set a superior standard for quality, consistency, work ethic, and company culture. Responsibilities •Other duties, responsibilities, and activities may change or be assigned at any time with or without notice. Follows all Brewery X safety regulations and processes. Assuming a lead role for guest relations and supervising taproom staff Leading by example to ensure all quality, safety and protocols are followed Assistance with managing in-house events Secure tills and performing accurate money calculations Setting subsequent shifts up for success Receiving and handling customer complaints and offering resolution Assessing and diffusing conflicts Possess a working knowledge of Brewery X products Represent Brewery X positively. Requirements To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
