Lead, train, and supervise the sanitation team Coordinate daily sanitation schedules and assign work Ensure compliance with GMPs, SSOPs, HACCP, and food safety standards Verify production equipment and facility are properly cleaned and sanitized Conduct pre-operational inspections and document findings Monitor proper chemical usage, dilution, and safety procedures Maintain sanitation logs, records, and audit documentation Partner with Production, QA, and Maintenance to support operations Investigate sanitation issues and implement corrective actions Promote a safe work environment and enforce company policies SupportUSDA/FDA
inspections and third-party audits Assist with continuous improvement initiatives and employee trainingQualifications:
