Our busy establishment offers great food at affordable prices, making us a favorite spot for locals and visitors alike. Shift Leads needed 4 days/week. We're looking for an energetic and reliable Shift Lead to join our team and help keep our restaurant running smoothly during busy hours. As a Shift Lead, you'll oversee daily operations, support staff, and ensure our guests enjoy a fantastic dining experience. If you're passionate about food, hospitality, and leading a team, this is the perfect role for you! Supervise shift operations, ensuring smooth service flow from food prep to customer service. Assist with food preparation and cooking to maintain quality standards. Able to perform closing shift responsibilities Train and mentor team members to uphold restaurant standards in food safety, customer service, and efficiency. Monitor inventory levels, assist with stock control, and report shortages or issues promptly. Enforce health and safety regulations to maintain a clean, safe environment for staff and guests. Support staff during peak times by supervising tasks like food production, serving, and kitchen management. Must have an active Food Handler's Card and Alcohol and Beverage Certification Proven experience in food service supervisory roles within quick service or fast food restaurants. Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety standards. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to train, motivate, and develop team members. Background in hospitality management or restaurant operations is highly desirable. Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and perform basic budgeting tasks. Good communication skills to coordinate effectively with staff and guests in a fast-paced environment.
