Direct ordering, vendor management, and stock counts for coffee, milk, syrups, and paper goods.

Quality Assurance:

Guarantee consistency in beverage execution, guest service, and speed of service across all shifts.

Compliance & Safety:

Maintain strict adherence to local health department codes, food safety regulations, and workplace safety laws.

Qualifications & Skills Experience:

1+ years of retail or restaurant/cafe leadership experience.

Leadership Style:

Proven ability to build a positive workplace culture, resolve conflicts, and delegate effectively. Pay starts at $20 plus tips.
