Duties Supervise daily restaurant operations, including food preparation, cooking, and serving to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met. Lead and motivate team members, providing clear direction, training, and support to foster a positive work environment. Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing, cash handling, and sales reconciliation with accuracy. Oversee inventory control by monitoring stock levels, placing orders, and minimizing waste to optimize profitability. Ensure food safety and sanitation protocols are strictly followed in compliance with health regulations. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to guarantee a high level of guest satisfaction. Assist with shift planning, staff scheduling, and conducting interviews to build a strong hospitality team. Experience Proven experience in quick service or fast food restaurant management with a focus on chicken wings or casual dining environments. Demonstrated leadership skills in supervising teams within food service or hospitality settings. Familiarity with food preparation techniques, kitchen management, and food safety standards. Hands-on experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly preferred. Strong knowledge of inventory control, cash handling, and profit & loss analysis. Excellent communication skills for managerial tasks including staff training, team management, and customer service. Background in managing hospitality teams with a focus on food production, catering, or banquet services is advantageous.
