The Food & Beverage (F&B) Supervisor is responsible for managing all F&B operations and delivering excellent customer experience. They will forecast, plan and manage all F&B orders, staff, and finance. Their goal is to maximize sales and revenue, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement. Please note you must have a High School Diploma or GED to apply. Open availability, especially nights and weekends, is required. All of management will handle and serve alcohol - as such, you must be at least 21 years or older.

Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer service. Investigates and resolves customer complaints regarding food quality, service, or accommodations. Team Management Assigns duties to staff on shift. Lead F&B team by training and appraising talented personnel. Completes reviews, absence reports, and supervises staff on attendance. Food & Alcohol Safety Monitors food preparation methods, portion sizes, garnishing and presentation of food. Conducts alcohol and age restriction control in accordance with company policies. Comply with all health and safety regulations. Schedules and receives F&B deliveries; and checks delivery contents to verify product quality and quantity. Operations Management Manage all F&B and day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines. Creates sales and productivity reports for upper management. Enforces compliance with all local, state, federal regulations and company policy pertaining to safety, loss prevention. Qualifications 2-3 years food & beverage management experience, preferably in the restaurant / fast food / hospitality industries. Work Environment While performing the duties of this job, the employee regularly works in a bowling center/arcade environment where high levels of noise, dust and activity can be expected.
Physical Demands:
Regularly required to bend, stretch, twist, climb and have a high level of mobility/flexibility in small spaces. Required to stand and walk for extensive periods of time without breaks during busy times. Lifting and/or moving up to 100lbs with assistance is required.
