Responsibilities:

Oversee the daily operations of the front of house restaurant, including opening and closing procedures Manage and supervise FOH restaurant staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations Serve orders, bartend and support other managers Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any customer complaints or issues Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a Manager or Shift Supervisor in a restaurant or bar setting Willingness to grow in the company to an Assistant Manager or General Manager Operational Excellence Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team Knowledge of

TOAST POS

system or similar point-of-sale systems Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently Experience in interviewing, hiring, and training staff members Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick decisions under pressure Knowledge of restaurant management principles and practices including service and labor

Pay:

$23.00 - $30.00 per hour
