What You'll Do Oversee daily front-of-house operations, including opening and closing duties. Coach, schedule, and support servers, baristas, and counter staff. Deliver warm, efficient customer service and confidently resolve any guest concerns. Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and health code standards to ensure a safe and welcoming environment. What We're Looking For 1-2+ years of café or restaurant experience , ideally with some lead or supervisory responsibilities. Strong communication and team-leadership skills to inspire and guide your team. The ability to stay calm and organized, even during busy rushes. Barista or espresso machine experience is a plus. Flexible availability, including weekends. Food handler's and RBS certification (or willingness to obtain one). Bilingual skills are preferred but not required.
