In this role, you will oversee daily kitchen operations, ensure strict compliance with healthcare regulations, and design nutritious, appealing menus that enhance our residents' quality of life.
Position Highlights Job Type:
Full-time Salary:
$90, 000-$115,000 / year (depending on experience)
Benefits:
Comprehensive package (Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k, Paid Time Off) Key Responsibilities Manage daily food service operations, including meal preparation, presentation, and delivery. Supervise, train, schedule, and mentor dietary and kitchen staff. Collaborate with clinical teams to ensure resident dietary plans meet specific nutritional needs. Maintain strict adherence to local, state, and federal healthcare and sanitation regulations. Manage ordering, inventory, and dietary department budgeting.
Qualifications Certification:
Active Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) credential is required.
Experience:
Minimum of 2-3 years of dietary management experience, preferably in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting.
Skills:
Strong leadership, budget management, communication, and knowledge of therapeutic diets. We are an equal opportunity employer.
