Exodus Recovery is looking to hire a Mental Health Team Lead for our
ODR ICMS
program located in Lynwood, CA.
POSITION SUMMARY
Exodus Recovery, Inc. (Exodus) shall employ individuals to provide comprehensive case management services for clients in Exodus programs under contract/certification from various funding sources. The Team Lead shall meet the qualifications and provide services in accordance with the scope of their practice. They work in conjunction with the Program Director and Exodus Executive Staff member responsible for each program, including assessments, case management and multi-disciplinary functions.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
One (1) to three (3) years leadership or management experience. Three (3) years clinical experience in the health sciences related field with a minimum of two (2) years direct client care experience working with complex clients with SMI who may have multiple conditions such mental health issues, substance use disorders, physical health problems, trauma, and/or homelessness. Required experience with clinical EHR and DMH and/or DHS clinical documentation platform(s). Strong verbal and written communication, strong clinical intervention and documentation, demonstrated leadership and team development skills. Ability to work independently and show mature judgment.
EDUCATION
Master's degree in a mental health related field required Associate registration with the Board of Behavioral Sciences or eligible to register. Valid California driver's license and a good driving record is required. Must be 21 years old to drive and have three (3) years of driving experience. Current Continuing Education for maintenance of registration as applicable. Current CPR Certification preferred Commensurate with experience.
