The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for hospitality, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service while maintaining a productive work environment for our team. As a Shift Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing staff, coordinating food production, and enhancing the overall dining experience. Restaurant experience Duties Supervise and coordinate daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service. Lead, train, and mentor staff members, fostering a positive team environment. Conduct interviews and assist in the hiring process for new team members. Oversee food production processes to maintain quality standards and compliance with health regulations. Manage kitchen operations, including inventory control and equipment maintenance. Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing guest concerns promptly and effectively. Collaborate with the management team to implement strategies for improving service efficiency and guest satisfaction. Monitor staff performance and provide feedback to promote professional growth.
