What You'll Do Lead the team during your shift and keep operations running smoothly. Deliver an exceptional customer experience. Coach and support baristas on drink quality, speed, and service. Open and close the store following company standards. Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and operational compliance. Handle cash, deposits, and daily store procedures accurately. Support inventory management, waste control, and product quality. Help drive sales goals and execute promotions. Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently. Create a positive, fun, and team-focused work environment. What We're Looking For 18+ years old. 1+ year of customer service experience. Prior leadership, shift lead, or supervisory experience preferred. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Friendly, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Available to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
