We are looking for a motivated and energetic Shift Leader to oversee daily operations at our convenience store. As a Shift Leader, you will be the go-to person for managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining smooth store functions. Duties Supervise daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, to ensure efficiency and safety. Lead and motivate team members to deliver outstanding customer service and maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization. Oversee food preparation, ensuring quality control and adherence to food safety regulations. Manage inventory levels, conduct stock checks, and coordinate with suppliers to prevent shortages or overstocking. Handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, including cash handling and register reconciliation. Train new staff members on store procedures, food handling, POS operation, and customer service expectations. Monitor sales performance, assist with budgeting efforts, and analyze profit and loss reports to support store growth. Requirements Proven experience in quick service or fast food restaurant management, with a strong background in food preparation and food safety management. Previous supervisory or managerial experience in hospitality or retail environments. Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead teams effectively and handle managerial responsibilities such as interviewing and staff training. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in inventory control, food handling, and cash management. Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
