We are a growing, fast-casual restaurant known for our delicious rice bowls and Korean fried chicken. We're passionate about our food quality and community.
Position Summary:
We're looking for a shift leader to lead our team and help deliver great food and customer service daily. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of kitchen experience and one year of leadership experience.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate the team.
  • Ensure food quality, consistency and presentation standards are met.
  • Oversee daily operations, including opening/closing procedures
  • Assist the kitchen prep, cover breaks, cook on the line as needed.
  • Manage inventory and ordering.
  • Train staff, reduce food waste, ensure high quality and consistency in our food.
  • Uphold cleanliness and safety standards
  • Deliver excellent customer service and handle guest feedback.
  • Communicate with the General Manager and Assistant Manger about all employee or operational issues
  • Ensure all large/catering orders are complete and made correctly. Includes ordering enough inventory/ catering supplies to complete the order.
  • This list is not fully comprehensive and additional duties may be added as needed.
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of kitchen experience.
  • At least 1 year in a leadership role.
  • Able to work flexible hours, including weekends.
  • Able to commute to work reliably
  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs as needed as well as stand and walk around for the duration of every shift as needed.
