This is a working supervisor position, meaning you'll lead by example while actively participating in dispatching, routing, and overseeing nightly operations. Schedule Night Shift:

5:00 PM - 3:30 AM Temp - Hire (Full Time) This is a permanent night shift position. Applicants must be committed to working nights. Compensation Up to $35.00 per hour, depending on experience. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate all night shift operations. Dispatch drivers and manage delivery routes to maximize efficiency. Monitor daily transportation schedules and adjust routes as needed. Oversee the day-to-day workflow on the warehouse floor to ensure safe and efficient operations. Serve as the primary point of contact for drivers, warehouse personnel, and customers during the night shift. Resolve operational issues and make real-time decisions to keep deliveries on schedule. Assist with scheduling, workflow planning, and labor coordination. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and DOT regulations. Track loads, monitor delivery status, and communicate updates as needed. Complete reports and maintain accurate operational records. Utilize Microsoft Excel and other company systems to track performance and maintain documentation. Qualifications Previous supervisory experience in transportation, logistics, warehouse, or food distribution operations preferred. Experience with dispatching and route planning. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and general computer applications. Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment. Reliable, dependable, and comfortable working overnight hours.
