Shift Lead — Millet Crepe Pasadena or Monterey Park Millet Crepe, a rapid growing dessert shop is looking for a reliable Shift Lead to help run daily operations, support the team, and maintain high standards for product quality, cleanliness, and guest service. Interviews will be held Monday (9/14/2026) at 12 pm, at Millet Crepe Little Tokyo. Responsibilities Lead and support the team during the shift Assign stations and keep the operation organized Ensure crepes and drinks are made correctly and consistently Maintain cleanliness in FOH, BOH, stations, and restrooms Support training for new team members Communicate low inventory, equipment issues, and staff concerns Handle customer concerns professionally Complete opening, mid-shift, and closing checklists Help maintain a positive, respectful, and productive work environment Requirements Food service or restaurant experience preferred Leadership or trainer experience preferred Strong communication and problem-solving skills Reliable, punctual, and organized Able to work in a fast-paced environment Weekend availability required Food Handler Card required or must obtain Growth Opportunity We are a rapidly growing company , and we promote from within.
