The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the food industry, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality dining experiences. Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance food and beverage offerings
• Oversee menu planning, pricing, and inventory management
• Manage food and beverage budgets to ensure profitability
• Lead and mentor a team of kitchen staff, servers, and bartenders
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and quality standards
• Collaborate with vendors to source high-quality ingredients and beverages
• Monitor customer satisfaction and respond to feedback promptly
• Drive sales through effective marketing initiatives Requirements
• Previous experience in a similar role within the food industry
• Strong knowledge of Quick Service Fast Food Restaurant operations
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Proficiency in food safety practices and regulations
• Experience working in grocery stores or similar establishments is a plus
• Ability to handle food safely, sanitate kitchen areas, and operate cash registers efficiently Required Documents or availability to obtain: Valid ServSafe certificate
