Job Description
Job Summary The Cafeteria Lead supports the campus Cafeteria Manager in daily operations, ensuring compliance with the National School Lunch Program and food safety standards. This role assists with food preparation, inventory management, ordering, staff oversight, and maintaining a clean and sanitary kitchen environment. Responsibilities
- Support food prep, inventory, and ordering to meet meal requirements and minimize waste
- Maintain accurate records (e.g., production, temperature, delivery logs)
- Monitor food safety and train staff accordingly
- Ensure kitchen areas meet health and sanitation standards
