Our Food & Beverage program is a key part of the guest experience, providing high-quality, thoughtfully crafted dining and beverage options. We are looking for a dedicated Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead our team and ensure exceptional service. Position Overview The Food & Beverage Supervisor is responsible for assisting with overseeing daily operations in our restaurant, bar, and food service areas. This role ensures high service standards, supports team development, and maintains efficient operations. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with a passion for hospitality, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to create a welcoming dining experience for guests. Key Responsibilities Supervise and support the food & beverage team to ensure smooth operations. Train, mentor, and motivate staff to deliver excellent customer service. Assist with scheduling, inventory management, and ordering supplies. Ensure all food and drinks are prepared and served according to brand and quality standards. Maintain cleanliness, safety, and compliance with health regulations. Monitor guest satisfaction and address any service issues promptly. Collaborate with the culinary and front-of-house teams to enhance the guest experience. Assist with bar and restaurant service as needed, including opening and closing duties.

shift coverage when needed Qualifications & Skills Previous experience in a supervisory role within a restaurant, bar, or hotel F&B setting preferred. Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of food safety and beverage service standards. Experience with inventory management and ordering systems is a plus. Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
