Great Dining Program:
Oversee daily culinary operations and create delicious, resident-focused menus and dining experiences.
Build Meaningful Connections:
Get to know residents and their preferences while building strong relationships with families and team members.
Lead & Develop Your Team:
Hire, train, mentor, and inspire dining team members to provide excellent food and service. Be a

Ensure food quality, sanitation, safety, and regulatory requirements are consistently met.
Make Dining Personal:
Listen to resident feedback and continuously look for ways to make their dining experience even better. What We're Looking For Previous experience leading a culinary, kitchen, or dining services team. Strong culinary skills with the ability and willingness to work hands-on in the kitchen. Experience managing food service operations, inventory, scheduling, and food safety. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. A positive, team-oriented approach and passion for serving seniors. Ability to work occasional weekends and evenings as needed. Valid driver's license and good driving record for company vehicle use.
