If you want to be somebody's hero while getting paid - apply today! Duties Oversee daily front-of-house operations to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction. Supervise and train staff in customer service protocols, cash handling procedures, and food safety standards. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and care. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store to create an inviting atmosphere. Monitor inventory levels of supplies and coordinate with management for reordering. Experience Previous experience in a supervisory role within fast food or casual dining environments is preferred. Strong background in food service management, including knowledge of catering and restaurant operations. Proven skills in cash handling and financial transactions. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to resolve conflicts effectively. Experience supervising staff and fostering a positive team environment is essential. Familiarity with food production processes is a plus.
