Primary Purpose:

Supervise the care of residents by caregiver, dispense medications. Essential Functions 1. Supervise caregivers and provide leadership. 2. Dispense medications 3. Document dispensed medications in Medication Administration Record. 4. Ensure shower schedule is followed. 5. Report hazards to safety to the Administrator. 6. Maintain a safe environment and safe conditions for the residents. 7. Report suspected or observed abuse to the residents to the Administrator and/or Supervisor. 8. Attend in-service classes. 9. Participate in fire and disaster drills. 11. Perform other tasks and duties as assigned by the Administrator. 12. Maintain
