Job Description
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Lead day-to-day back-of-house operations Coach, train, and develop kitchen team members Maintain excellent food quality, consistency, and presentation Ensure food safety, sanitation, and health department compliance Manage staff scheduling, labor, and productivity Oversee inventory, ordering, receiving, and food costs Create a positive, accountable, team-focused kitchen environment Work closely with restaurant leadership to deliver a great guest experienceWHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Previous Kitchen Manager, Executive Sous Chef, or similar leadership experience High-volume restaurant experience preferred Strong leadership and communication skills Solid knowledge of food safety and sanitation Experience managing inventory, food costs, and labor schedules Ability to stay organized and perform well in a fast-paced environment A genuine passion for hospitality and developing great teamsWHAT WE OFFER
