Food Service Director oversees food service for patients, employees and visitors in a healthcare setting. As the Food Services Director, you are expected to develop menus and oversee the handling, preparation, and storage of food. Manage food service production and delivery system, including purchase and inventory of food and supplies. The Food Service Director will ensure conformance with food quality, nutrition, and productivity standards.
Responsibilities:
Oversee equipment maintenance, recording keeping and all sanitation activities. Order food and kitchen supplies from approved vendors and maintain good communication with all vendors. Record and maintain adequate food inventory and complete reports as required by the company. Follow all company dietary policies and procedures and ensure compliance by other food service employees. Train, manage and supervise food service staff, practice time management techniques, and ensure the highest possible customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Must have ServSafe License Culinary background High School diploma or equivalent Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred but not required Demonstrate positive attitude and ability to work well with all people, particularly the elderly.

Wednesday:
9:00am•5:00pm
Thursday, Sunday:
