Nick The Greek - San Luis Obispo Nick The Greek is looking for an energetic, dependable Shift Lead to join our San Luis Obispo team. Earn Up to $28/Hour We're looking for someone who can lead by example, keep the team motivated, and help deliver great food and excellent customer service.

Responsibilities Include:

Lead and support team members during shifts Provide excellent guest service Maintain food quality and restaurant standards Assist with opening and closing procedures Keep the restaurant clean, organized, and running smoothly Help train and develop new team members Handle cash and POS responsibilities Work closely with management

What We're Looking For:

Restaurant or customer service experience preferred Leadership experience is a plus Dependable and positive attitude Strong communication skills Available nights and weekends Able to work in a fast-paced environment
