Responsibilities Oversee shift operations, ensuring smooth service flow and adherence to company policies Supervise and motivate team members, providing guidance, training, and support to enhance performance Manage food preparation and food handling processes to meet safety and quality standards Utilize POS systems Toast for order processing, cash handling, and sales reconciliation Control inventory levels, monitor stock rotation, and coordinate with suppliers for timely replenishment Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards across the restaurant Assist with onboarding, and training new staff members to build a strong team Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to guarantee high satisfaction levels Support kitchen management by supervising food production, catering operations, and banquet services when needed Conduct shift briefings to communicate goals, safety procedures, and performance expectations Experience Proven experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments with a focus on food preparation and customer service Demonstrated supervisory or team management experience within the food industry or hospitality sector Familiarity with Toast Background in food safety management, inventory control, and food handling procedures Experience in managing hospitality teams, including training & development initiatives and staff scheduling Strong understanding of restaurant management principles including budgeting, profit & loss analysis, and cost control Excellent managerial communication skills with the ability to lead teams effectively in high-pressure situations Prior casual dining is highly desirable Ability to perform basic math accurately for cash handling, inventory counts, and sales reconciliation Spanish is a Plus Embark on a rewarding journey where your leadership fuels our success!
