The Site Supervisor performs all duties in accordance with client policies and procedures and all state and federal regulations. This position reports directly to the In this role, your responsibilities will be: Liaise with client's corporate management in order to ensure proper utilization and execution of security programs and projects Oversee a team of Security Specialists, assuring compliance with post orders, providing training and coaching as needed Manage and coordinate all security operations and programs in assigned area Respond in a timely manner to emergent events, issues, deficiencies and client requests Initiate investigations and write incident reports as directed Maintain up to date and accurate records including timekeeping and daily activity reports Perform other related duties as required As a candidate you must have: Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice, Political Science, Emergency Management, or other related discipline or equivalent experience Minimum of five years in safety and security management or supervision, law enforcement or military, or security control room supervision experience Complete and maintain state guard certification as prescribed by presiding state law, as well as all client requested certification; all documentation and fees are the responsibility of the employee unless otherwise noted Effective time management, communication, technical writing, presentation development, facilitation, and organizational skills Must be a dependable team player with business maturity and enthusiasm with the ability to deliver high level of customer service Have flexibility to work any shifts on any day of the week (Mon-Sun) ] We offer: Health, Dental, Vision, and 401k for eligible employees Paid Time Off including Sick/Safe Time A dynamic and challenging work environment with opportunity for growth Security Industry Specialists, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer
