Duties Greet guests warmly and assist with menu selections to enhance their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring quick and efficient service Process cash transactions, handle cash register operations, and manage retail sales transactions with precision Prepare simple food items according to established standards, maintaining cleanliness and safety in the workspace Upsell menu items to increase sales and promote special offers to maximize revenue opportunities Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to sanitation and food safety regulations at all times Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently while supporting food preparation tasks as needed Experience Previous experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments preferred Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle multiple orders simultaneously Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable Knowledge of food handling, safety management, and sanitation practices within the food industry Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for cash handling and order processing Experience in retail sales transactions, cashiering, or café operations is a plus Demonstrated ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail Join us and be part of a lively team dedicated to delivering exceptional foodservice experiences!
