Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Maître D to lead our dining experience with a positive attitude and professionalism. As the key orchestrator of guest satisfaction, you will oversee the front-of-house operations, ensuring seamless service, exceptional hospitality, and a welcoming atmosphere. Your leadership will inspire the team, uphold high standards of food and service quality, and create memorable experiences for every guest. This role offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your management skills in a vibrant culinary environment where passion for food and hospitality shines through. The job pays hourly plus tips. Duties Welcome guests warmly, manage reservations, and seat patrons efficiently to optimize flow and satisfaction Lead and supervise front-of-house staff, including servers, hosts, and bartenders, fostering a positive team environment Oversee food service operations, ensuring timely delivery of orders while maintaining high standards of food presentation and quality Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth communication between front and back of house Handle guest inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and ensure overall guest satisfaction Monitor cleanliness, safety protocols, and compliance with food safety regulations across the dining area Requirements Proven experience in food service management or restaurant management roles with supervisory responsibilities Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team in a fast-paced environment Extensive knowledge of food production, food handling, and culinary best practices Excellent customer service skills with a friendly yet professional demeanor Familiarity with hospitality management software and reservation systems Experience in managing shifts, overseeing food safety standards, and coordinating between front-of-house and kitchen teams Background in catering, banquet service, or dietary department experience is a plus Join us as a Maître D and become the heartbeat of our restaurant's vibrant atmosphere!
