Front of House Lead Eddy's Marketplace | Aspen, Colorado Full-Time | Seasonal or Year-Round Opportunity Eddy's Marketplace is looking for a hands-on, hospitality-driven Front of House Lead to join our growing team in downtown Aspen. Eddy's is a sister-led, locally owned hospitality concept combining Eddy's Market, Grab & Go and Eddy's Kitchen, Sit & Stay under one roof. We're looking for someone who loves hospitality, leads naturally from the floor, and can help keep a busy operation organized, welcoming, and running smoothly. Our ideal candidate is someone who is comfortable on the floor, guest facing, jumping behind the bar, helping with service, supporting the coffee counter, solving problems in the moment, and setting the standard for the team. What You'll Do Help lead day-to-day front-of-house operations across Eddy's Market and Eddy's Kitchen Open and/or close the business and oversee smooth shift transitions Lead servers, bartenders, baristas, cashiers, and support staff during service Maintain a strong presence on the floor and step into service wherever needed Support scheduling, training, onboarding, and ongoing team development Keep the team accountable to Eddy's service and hospitality standards Handle guest questions and resolve issues thoughtfully and professionally Help oversee cash handling, POS procedures, opening/closing checklists, and daily reporting Monitor cleanliness, organization, stocking, and overall presentation Communicate operational needs, staffing issues, inventory needs, and shift notes to ownership Help create a positive, professional, team-oriented work environment Who We're Looking For You're someone who takes ownership, notices the details, and doesn't wait to be asked when something needs to get done. Ideally, you have: Previous restaurant, café, bar, hotel, or hospitality leadership experience Strong front-of-house and guest-service skills Confidence leading a small team in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and organizational skills Experience with POS systems; Toast experience is a plus Bar, coffee, or restaurant service experience is a plus Ability to stay calm, professional, and solutions-focused during busy shifts Reliable availability, including weekends and holidays as needed Most importantly, we're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys hospitality and wants to be part of a small team where their leadership and contribution matter every day.
