Overview We are looking for a motivated, dependable, and team-oriented Shift Lead / Assistant Manager to join our Wienerschnitzel team! • Lead and motivate the team during your shift
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive guest experience
• Help maintain fast, accurate, and efficient service
• Train and coach team members
• Assist with opening and closing procedures
• Handle cash and daily restaurant operations
• Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and company standards
• Help manage inventory and product quality
• Support the General Manager with day-to-day operations
• Help create a positive, respectful, and accountable work environment What We're Looking For
• Previous restaurant or fast-food experience preferred
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience is a plus
• Strong communication and customer-service skills
• Reliable and dependable
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable leading a team and holding employees accountable
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Pay:

$17.00 - $19.00 per hour
