Manage food and beverage service processes, ensuring timely preparation, presentation, and quality control in line with company standards. Implement effective management of POS (Point of Sale) systems for order processing and transaction accuracy. Monitor inventory levels, assist with food preparation oversight when necessary, and support cost control initiatives to optimize profitability. Enforce hospitality management best practices by maintaining cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health regulations across all front-of-house areas. Handle customer inquiries or complaints promptly to ensure a memorable dining experience that encourages repeat visits. Skills Proven experience in food service management or restaurant management with strong leadership capabilities. Extensive knowledge of food handling, sanitation procedures, and food safety management practices. Demonstrated ability to manage hospitality teams effectively while maintaining high standards of customer service. Skilled in managing food production processes and supervising staff in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with POS systems and financial operations management within the food industry. Strong organizational skills with the ability to oversee shift management and coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent communication skills to motivate staff and engage with guests professionally. Experience in catering or banquet settings is a plus; culinary experience or background in cooking is beneficial but not mandatory.
