Full-time; availability needed across all days and shifts This is a hands-on shift lead role for someone who already knows restaurant work and can run a shift, coach the crew, and keep food, cash, and cleanliness on track. You report issues to the General Manager and help the store hit its numbers on the shifts you lead.

What You Need (Required): 18 years or older High school diploma or GED 2 years or more of relevant job experience Full-time availability Valid driver status (Driver required) Access to reliable transportation Schedule flexibility; availability Mon-Sun across shifts US resident Able to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 lbs; kneel, bend, stoop, climb stairs, reach, and grasp as needed Nice to Have (Preferred): Some college Comfort with basic computer tools (Word, Excel, Outlook) Your Day-to-Day Lead the shift and stay on the floor working with the crew Check cleanliness and basic upkeep so the restaurant stays guest-ready Make sure food orders are built the right way and guests get what they need Coach and train team members on procedures during the shift Watch labor, waste, sales, and cost of goods; pass accurate numbers to the GM Handle cash procedures and inventory counts; report results to the GM Deal with guest and team issues quickly and flag risk or safety items to the GM Screen applicants when asked and turn in new-hire or separation paperwork on time Pay & Extras $19.44 per hour base pay Tips up to $2.00 per hour Performance bonus $1.00 per hour Total compensation up to $22.50 per hour Night and late-night shifts Full-time schedule This Job Is Open to applicants without a college diploma.
